What happened: I need to replace a Samsung S* phone, I'm on ATT prepaid. I want excellent reception. Is there a Samsung less expensive than the S** that gets cell reception almost as good as the S** for less money?
What happened: Geek Squad could not fix the issue with my Outlook app connecting with Gmail to retrieve my mail. The reason why is a Microsoft issue (Microsoft is banning use of old versions of Outlook). What happened: I bought a computer for my daughter at the Long Beach, CA location on Saturday, August **. Because the computer was out of stock, we ordered delivery. The delivery service contacted my daughter on August ** saying that he could not deliver the package. We then tracked the order that had been returned to the Best Buy location in Irvine, CA. I called the customer service department on August ** and was told it would go out for delivery the next day. She never received the order. I call customer service again and was told if I went down to the Long Beach location, there "were plenty of computers" and I would "***%" be able to get the same computer I ordered. I talked to the manager that same day who said that the person I had spoken to had given me misinformation and that the computer was being delivered on August **th. We have not received the computer OR refund and the tracking number keeps saying that it is on route. I ended up buying her a computer at COSTCO and need a refund.
